My name is Nikita. I am a photographer, based in Poznan. But I work in all of Poland, EU, and Belarus.
Photography is my passion, part of my soul, that I cannot live without.
I strive to create cinematic photographs. Besides thoroughly researching the art and craft of photography—both film and digital—, I frequently watch the best films, from beginning of cinematography in the early 1920s till our times, to research lighting, composition, and artistry behind it all.
 

Why you definitely want to to have your photographs taken by me

With me, you get much more than just an hour of shooting photos, and a few final photos out of a couple hundred made by spraying and praying. With me, you get a unique experience, specifically tailored for you. We contact each other in a way, convenient for you, to get to know each other, become friends, and learn about your ideas for a photoshoot. Then I work with your wants and desires, your ideas, to plan the photoshoot. If needed, I help with selecting a look, wardrobe, makeup, location. I also send you some visual references, either from my work, or beautiful films, to give you some ideas. If we plan a studio shoot, I compose different lighting schemes, to make you look like a Hollywood star.

Then, we can meet, either just for a friendly coffee, some time in advance, to discuss, or a couple hours before the shoot, to get acquainted further. So during the photoshoot, you will feel relaxed, as with the best friend.

Besides portraiture (posed photos), I specialize in candid lifestyle photographs. With such photographs, you feel like an actor in a film. You do not pose—you just live (or act, if you please), and I capture the moments of your life in such a way, that they feel like frames from a beautiful film, where you are the main character.
